How I help

  1. Individual therapy

    One hour a week that belongs to you. We start with what brought you in and go at the pace you set.

  2. Relationships and family

    Marriages, parents and grown children, the people you share a house with. Learning to talk again when talking has turned into arguing.

  3. Anxiety and depression

    For the worry that wakes you at three in the morning and the heaviness that makes ordinary days hard to start.

  4. Trauma and life transitions

    Loss, a hard season, a move, a diagnosis, a change you did not choose. Making sense of what happened and finding your footing after it.

  5. Faith-based guidance

    If your faith is part of how you understand your life, it can be part of how we work. Scripture and prayer come in only if you ask for them.

  6. Personal growth and healing

    Not every reason to see a counselor is a crisis. Sometimes you are ready to understand yourself better and grow on purpose.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Eugene, and I started Called to Heal because I believe nobody should have to carry the hard things alone.

I see adults of every age, from 18 into retirement, in person here in Eugene. I bring my own faith to this work, and I respect yours, whatever it is or isn't.

Clinical supervision

For pre-licensed counselors working toward the LPC in Oregon. I supervise associates through their licensing hours: regular case consultation, and a supervisor who will tell you plainly what he sees in your work.
